Size: 134,000 SF
Construction cost:  $37M

Complete 134,000 SF renovation of existing historic building to provide spaces for classrooms, computer labs, instructional space, offices, and support facilities.  Project is being designed using Revit MEP.  The project is using a GC/CM process.  The University is targeting a LEED-NC Silver rating for this building.
